Welsh Cakes - Mike
1/2 lb self raising flour
1/4lb butter or margarine
1 egg
3oz sugar
2oz fruit
Milk
Mix all the dry ingredients
Then add the fruit
Then add the egg
Only add enough milk to make a dough
Roll dough
Cut circles out of the dough
Cook them on a hot plate or frying pan (no oil)
Outside should be brown inside just cooked.
