Salmon Pasta - Jones Family
Salmon fillets (1 per person)
Cherry tomatoes (handful pp)
Creme fraiche (1tb pp)
Zest & juice of oranges (half pp)
Pasta (75g pp)
Frozen peas (handful pp)
Dill or Parsley (optional garnish)
(All measurements are very approximate & can be changed)
- Bake salmon
- Cook pasta. In last 2 mins add frozen peas to the water
While salmon & pasta are cooking…
- Zest & squeeze the oranges (or substitute with bottled OJ), and then mix with the Creme fraiche
- Chop the tomatoes into quarters
When the salmon is cooked…
- take off the skin and flake into bite size pieces.
- Drain pasta/peas
- Mix all the ingredients together
Serve as it is, or add extra veg on the side. Sprinkle with chopped dill or parsley if you like it.
