◦ Prosecco

◦ Aperol- big splash of

◦ Slice of orange

◦ Ice in big high ball glasses

◦ Dash of fizzy water or soda (or nil)

Porn Star Martini

◦ Passoa 25ml

◦ Slice of passion fruit to float on top

◦ Vodka 50ml

◦ Passionfruit juice (of 2)

French Martini

◦ Chambord 25ml

◦ Vodka 50ml

◦ Pineapple juice 100ml

◦ Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz Gin 50ml

◦ Chambord 25ml

◦ San Pellegrino pomegranate & Arancia sparkling juice to top up

Served in high goblet over ice
