Fiona’s cous cous

Ingredients

Cous cous

Sun dried tomatoes 🍅

Artichoke

Basil

Chives

Coriander or flat leaf parsley 🌿

Extra virgin olive oil

I usually make the cous cous by putting some in a bowl and coating it in olive oil. Next pour over boiling water so the cous cous is just covered. Chop up other ingredients and add to cous cous when cold. Add some extra oil from the sun dried tomatoes 🍅 for extra flavour. Season with salt & pepper et voila! Enjoy with a glass of something chilled from the fridge 🍹xx
